Vital signs, blood pressure and pulse oximetry.

Continuous supply for as long as the patient needs it.

Physical exam every shift
Morning, afternoon and night, to assess the patient's condition and progress.
Recorded in our system
Every event of the stay is documented in the electronic record.
Outdoor walks
When their condition allows it, dogs are taken outside three times a day.
Staff 24 hours a day
The hospital ward always has staff in charge.

Each patient stays in the ward that matches its species and condition.

Daily medical report
Every day you receive by electronic message the progress, health status, prognosis and treatment.
Morning and afternoon messages
A short note with the patient's current situation.

Hours
From 12 noon to 6 pm.
Length
Short visits of 10 minutes with at most two people.
If the patient gets upset
When a visit makes them anxious, we send you a video instead.

The cost is quoted on admission because it depends on each patient's condition. These are the factors involved and the rates that are already set.
